I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a stunning view of Mount Fuji from my twin Western/Japanese style room. The modern facilities like the coffee machine, ambient lighting, and great air-con ventilation system made the room very comfortable. The service was exceptional, especially the attention to detail during wine serving and the beautiful Christmas decorations by the friendly staff. The location on the steep hill overlooking the serene lake and Mount Fuji was breathtaking, and the cozy atmosphere with eclectic decor added to the charm. The dining experience, with both Western and Japanese options, felt just like home, although prebooking was necessary. Overall, a great place to stay with warm-hearted staff and beautiful views.
